Cannot update Microsoft Powerpoint and Word on MacBook Air

I am having trouble updating Microsoft apps Powerpoint and Word on my MacBook Air. I continue to get an "update err" everytime I try.

Updating Microsoft Office on iMac with macOS Catalina On my iMac is the macOS Catalina installed and it says this is latest version. Now the problem is that Microsoft Office Programs can not be updated anymore on this macOS Version. Is there any chance to upgrade my iMac. Performance is stil sufficient.
