I’m having the same issue. There is an app we use for my daughter’s softball team. The app isn’t the best and updating properly so each season we have to delete it, and then redownload it.
So I went through that process, tried to download it from the cloud. It said my payment needed updated. Everything was correct … so I just removed my card and added it back, it still wouldn’t let me do it. It says my password (that I used for something else the same day was wrong ) then to change it… it’s asking for the unlock number… I put it in and it says it’s wrong and I know without a shadow of a doubt that it’s right …
it still won’t let me download the app.
I buy a $25 iTunes card and put it on there … (the app is free) but my Apple Music isn’t … but yet nothing is coming off of that either.
im trying to change my password it’s saying all my info im giving them is wrong when its right in front of me … I am getting frustrated ! It has been 8 days of me trying to get this resolved … what the heck is going on Apple ???
