My iPhone SE will not load to the iCloud. I need a work around
I’m trying to change to a new iPhone and the old one doesn’t seem to working properly and is just buffering not loading to the iCloud

To clarify, are you trying to back up your old device to iCloud, and the backup isn't being completed successfully? If so, please check out the suggestions in this link, which can help if you're unable to backup to iCloud: If you can't back up to iCloud
If a message says that your last backup couldn't be completed
1. In iOS or iPadOS, go to Settings > Wi-Fi. Check that you're connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update. Download and install any available updates for your device.
3. Try to back up on another Wi-Fi network.
4. Check to make sure that you have enough iCloud storage for the backup.
5. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.
