My App Store is saying my accounts been disabled

U really need to figure out how to do this because I need to update my apps but it says it’s “ your App Store and iTunes accounts been disabled” help!!!!

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
