IPhone 14's incoming calls go straight to Voice Mail?

Unfortunately none of the options offered do not work. I’ve been dealing with this for months. Apple needs to do an update or recall these iPhone 14s. It’s ridiculous

I couldn’t get this to work for my phone, but what I did find is, I had it set on do not disturb …I must have hit that by mistake when I swiped down to turn the flashlight on, on my iPhone……so swipe down on it screen and make sure it’s not set to do not disturb ….it looks like a little moon

My phone was going to voicemail because I had mistakenly turned on Do not disturb-once I turned that off it started ringing when calls came in.

I tried all steps with no luck. Random calls were still going to VM (or not) and not showing in recents, including family. I deleted all Recent Calls and all Voicemails, restarted, and so far it seems to be fixed. Fingers crossed.

I had this problem on my iPhone 11 and had to go to my carrier and get an e sim put in. That solved the issue for about two months but now it is starting again. I’m beside myself. Considering buying a new phone but see from this thread that it is still a problem. What is apple doing to address this?

I already have an e sim it’s absolutely nothing to do with carrier my husband has an iPhone 12 in same house same carrier never once had this problem. It’s exclusively an apple fault and the iphone 15 is full of glitches its a disgrace because its so expensive

I had same prob. Did everything but no diff. Turns out it was one of my many blocked numbers from unwanted calls from a certain country, of which we were getting several every day. One particular number seems to have been reallocated. Anyway, all good now.

in the end, after doing everything that’s suggested incl going in to see my provider, I found the 0800 number which was the problem, in my blocked calls list and unblocked it. I’d been receiving many calls, several a day, from a particular country, and blocked each one - they had many numbers on robo calling. It seems one of the numbers was reallocated to a medical specialist who was trying to call me but could not get through. Problem solved. It’s def worth getting the unanswered number and checking your blocked calls. Good luck. 👍

Just to clarify … this is not just an iPhone 14 issue. I have an 11S and have had the same problem. Had new e-sim installed and that solved it for a few months but now it’s back with a new twist: sometimes I get a voicemail the following day but no corresponding phone call notification. IS APPLE EVER GOING TO FIX THIS?????

Have an iphoneSE, IOS Version 17.2 . . . . . . have tried all 14 steps and STILL . . . ALL calls go to Voicemail. AND the FInd My Phone stopped working . . . This is my husband's phone. He has dementia and his phone is his tether that allows him a little freedom. I can no longer call him, and I can't find him when he goes out for a walk so this is making our lives very difficult.

I’m having the same issue. I’m on 17.3.1 on a iPhone 15 pro max. The phone is vibrating and lighting up for a half second with no sound then sends the caller to voicemail. Tried all of the fixes. I’m downloading the 17.4 bets 2 right now to see if it’s fixed there.

iphone 15 pro max, all updates. Tried everything listed. Miss call backs, where I ask for a call back rather than waiting on hold. Straight to vm, no ring, not in recents, seems I’m not alone here, HELP! Please

upgraded my Apple phone to a IPhone 14 as I had the same problem with my 13 as I do now, all my calls are going straight to voicemail! at beginning of January 2024 I was getting calls then they just stopped. My son who upgraded same time as myself ordered same phone has no problems so why do I. It now is causing issues with Hospital calls which I’m missing? My other son in Australia can’t get through, he had a major problem this past week and I couldn’t help him? I also have a business which could be losing sales where they can’t get through? I’ve tried everything apart from changing my sim do you think it might help please?

I don’t know what else to do?
