i have things fixed so my Apple Watch is to mirror my iPhone but my Apple Watch doesn’t use the ringtone that my iPhone has? Why not when it is to mirror my phone?

AFAIK, mirroring the iPhone's ringtone is not a function of the Watch mirroring the phone.
