How can I unlock this device to use any sim with IMEI
No SIM card error even after inserting a sim

ONLY the phone’s initial, “subsidizing” carrier who applied the carrier lock can release it.
If you’re not a current subscriber of THAT carrier, they have no economic incentive or obligation to do so.
