Use of iTunes:
Yes. iTunes is free to use, as long as it available in your country/region, and as long as it is compatible with your device. It is no longer supported on recent releases of macOS and iOS. Learn more here: What Happened to iTunes? - Apple Support. In such operating systems, you'd use the TV app for TV Shows and Movies, whereas you'd use the Music app for Music and Music Videos.
