I want to change my country region bacause of some credit I won’t be able to change it

So here’s my problem

I was in India when I buy this iPhone but right now I’m in US so I need to change my country region but because of payment method I won’t be able to do it

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
