Google search in Safari uses wrong domain

I'm from Kazakhstan. It's not possible to change google.com.ru to google.kz in the Safari. Google.com.ru often does not work. Is the any chances that it will be fixed?

Safari not connecting to Google with VPN (US) I've been using ExpressVPN for a few years now, and a problem has come up recently with Safari and Google in the US. I'm on a Mac desktop, running Ventura 13.3.1(a). Safari is my primary browser and Google is my main search engine; it has always worked well for me, even when I started using a VPN. Recently, however, Google would not load. Neither the page or the search bar (which is set to google) will work when the VPN is on and I give a US location. If I use Chrome with the VPN, Google works fine. If I change my VPN location to another country, Google on Safari works fine. If I am on Safari, VPN in the US, Bing and Yahoo both work fine. It is just when my VPN uses a US location, and I'm on Safari, Google will not work. Any thoughts on how to address this?
