Airdrop failed because Preparing Video fails

I attempted to edit a video in the native photos and videos gallery iny iPhone 13Promax. I changed my mind and decided NOT to complete the edit, however as I was rushing to go back, I saw a prompt to revert to the original version BUT I had already clicked to go back. Ever since then, I am unable to to anything with it. Can't edit it, can't upload to YouTube, can't airdrop, can't even back up to my google cloud storage. What can I do to get this file backed up? It's a HUGE file shot @4k 60FPS and over 1 hour long. Please help. It's a video of a concert my family member performed in and the only copy I have. I have a Mac Mini M1.
