Hey JustGoods,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. The steps below may help.
Start with making sure the device is signed in using the Apple ID associated with the Apple ID subscription.
If you haven't restarted the Apple TV, we recommend doing so. Restarting has been known to resolve software related issues: Restart Apple TV.
Also, make sure the Apple TV software is up-to-date by following the steps below. You can access the steps here as well: Update Apple TV software.
1. Open Settingson Apple TV.
2. Go to System > Software Updates and select Update Software.
3. If an update is available, a message appears.
4. Select Download and Install to start downloading.
5. During the update process, don’t disconnect your Apple TV. The status light may flash slowly during the update process.
If it continues to happen, test a different device to see if you're asked to subscribe on it. If it works as expected on another device, signing out of your Apple ID and then signing back in on your Apple TV may help.
-Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac
-Sign in to iCloud on all your devices.
Best wishes.
Apple One starts out with a 1 month free trial for all the component services that you haven’t tried before. For previous Apple TV+ subscribers, than means that Apple TV+ is not included in the first month.
For a seamless transition, users should account for one month overlap. The superfluous subscription will then be canceled automatically, at the end of the trial period. Else wait out the first month.
* The Apple One free trial includes only services that you are not currently using through a free trial or a subscription. [1]
