Hi, I’ve just signed up to Apple one, however when I go to watch my Apple TV+ programs is asking me to subscribe to Apple TV+ as well for an additional 699 a month. Does Apple one not have the Apple TV+ subscription channels?

It does. But if you had Apple TV+ and cancelled it before subscribing to Apple One, you will need to wait until the free trial is over to access the included subscription.
