lost admin user and password wont go to recovery mode

i have tried and tried to find a solution to reset my admin password but after every thing ive searched up, it still hasnt worked. it click command+r but it doesnt go into recovery mode. can someone help me?

How can I recover my admin pw? I purchased a new 2021 14” MacBook Pro while in the states last month. Before leaving I set up my new computer with admin password and three weeks after getting home I totally forgot what pw I used. :( I tried to follow the prompt to use my Apple ID but that didn’t work as I couldn’t remember that and had to reset one on my iPhone, then tried the new pw on the MacBook Pro. Didn’t work and it locked my account!! Grrr. Now I’m so frustrated! I have tried countless times, the method I read about online of holding down Control+R before the apple logo comes on the screen at start up but it never works. Someone, Please Help me! 🙏 Thank you in advance for any input!

Administrator account lost I can not access the admin account. I do not know the user name or password. How to do reset both with only a standard account available?
