lost admin user and password wont go to recovery mode

i have tried and tried to find a solution to reset my admin password but after every thing ive searched up, it still hasnt worked. it click command+r but it doesnt go into recovery mode. can someone help me?

The procedure for starting a Mac in macOS Recovery varies by model. Refer to Intro to macOS Recovery - Apple Support, Step 3.
