How to remove Twitter Embedded on ny MacBook?

Lacking any context regarding how this entity appeared on your Mac or which app you were using when you encountered it, I suggest restarting your Mac in the usual manner. When asked "Are you sure you want to shut down your computer now" de-select the option to reopen windows when logging back in.

Move this to the Desktop:

1. Hold down: command, then drag it to the Desktop > Right-Click on it > Select Get Info...
2. Reply Back with a screenshot of the window, looking at the date and time of this creation, and the location of it.

Ridding of Twitter App:

Where do you wee this? Is it in the Applications menu? What makes you suspect it is embedded in your MacBook? Apple wouldn't embed that on a Mac. So, drag it to the Trash.

Having a similar issue. The icon is on the menu bar, & I am not a Twitter member.

The restart with not reopening apps & windows works.
