My Iphone says 'iPhone Unavailable try again in 17 minutes'

My phone asked for my pass code, I entered in and the phone sayed it was not correct. I did it again and then this message started appearing

This is a security feature that is part of the ios that will lock your phone with too many incorrect passCODE attempts, try to follow this guide if you are unable to remember it!
