So I bought my MacBook Air m2 last year when it first came out and I’ve never had any problems with it until now. Today I opened up the screen after charging and it has like a tiny rectangle near the middle of the screen (it looks like glitch/code) . Should I be concerned with it becoming a bigger issue or will it go away on its own? Is there a way I can fix it? Please help.

It looks like the LCD may be physically damaged. Like the lid got closed with something under it. If it persists in safe mode, as suggested above, make an appointment at the Genius Bar.
