Why isn’t Apple TV recognizing my 3 month trial
i accepted a 3 month Apple TV+ trial last week. Apple TV+ allowed me to watch for a few days but now won’t let me in. How do I resolve this?

Verify that Apple TV+ is still listed as an active subscription for your Apple ID account.
See your subscriptions overview - Apple
Verify that you are signed in to the device or app with the matching Apple ID account. It wouldn’t work for different accounts.
For the devices that support multiple user accounts, verify that the account with the subscription is the account that is currently set as active.
Verify that the selected content is part of the Apple TV+ catalog. The free trial wouldn’t work for content from other streaming services.
