I have an iphone 8 and will be travelling to Spain and Italy for two weeks each this fall. Can I install a locally purchased SIM card? What companies provide good coverage and competitive pricing? How to install a SiM once purchased?

To be able to use any SIM across the globe you must have "No SIM Restriction" against Network Provider Lock. Please refer to the pic below.
