Previously able to connect GPS GARMIN to MacBook under Monterey 12.6.5 MacOS.
New MB M1 under Ventura 13.4.1.
Now, Garmin Express not able to find device.
No success 3rd party cable USB-C.
Garmin Express latest update (10.00)
Any suggestions?

Below is a quote from that site -- Garmin says you have to use a 2.0 USB hub for Macs with M1 and newer chips and USB-C ports and the Navigator VI in order to connect to one of those Macs.
Macs with M1 and Newer Chips and USB-C Ports:
Automotive devices with Mini or Micro USB ports must use a USB-C to USB-A adapter along with the appropriate USB-A to Mini-USB or USB-A to Micro-USB cable provided with the device. Automotive devices listed below may need to use a 2.0 USB third-party Hub in order for the Garmin device to properly detect the USB connection.

I have the latest version of Garmin Express 7.18.0.0, where did you get your version, did you download it directly from Garmin?
Garmin support: Current Version of Garmin Express for Mac: v7.18.0 as of August 22nd, 2023.
The cable must be one compatible with Mac and suitable for both charging and data transfer. I have had this problem when using a cable that could charge but was not certified for data transfer. I have also seen problems with cheap third party cables. Have you used the cable that came with your Garmin device?

Where can I find this MAC cable suitable for both charging and data transfer?
