Hello! I'm having an issue where a window pops up saying that my memory is full when I attempt to take a photo or download something. However, I've subscribed for an extra GB by paying 4 euros, and when I check iCloud, it shows that there's available storage. I'm confused about what the problem might be. Additionally, I'm unable to create a backup because of insufficient space.
