There IS a years-old class-action lawsuit which has been in the news of late …

… which indeed will be “paying-out” to it’s class members soon.

However, to be a member of the class, you would have had to have registered yourself as a class-member several years ago.

It’s WAY too late now.

Well, if you filed your claim no later than October 2020, you might be receiving a small check sometime over the next few months. I doubt that it will be anywhere near $90 though.
