Yes you can.
Your Android phone has to support Google's version of tracking phones.
You will have to access the Google website and have the Google ID logged into the phone.

Also:
Trancing an Android device from an iPhone/iPad is not natively supported.
For the reverse scenario, you can potentially trace an iPhone/iPad from any computer - including Android devices - using a web browser:
More information can be found within the iCloud User Guide:
Locate a device in Find Devices on iCloud.com - Apple Support
Here is Apple’s advice for lost or stolen devices:
If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is lost or stolen – Apple Support
Use the Find My app to locate a lost or stolen device – Apple Support
If the Find My iPad feature was enabled prior to it being “misplaced”, then if active, you would stand a good chance of locating it.Â
However, if the feature was not activated prior to being misplaced - or the iPad has been inactive for more than 24 hours, the last known location will not be available - and the opportunity to use technical means to recover the iPad may have been lost.
You can’t, this is something that you would need an android tablet for, or maybe if you have software installed on your android that allows tracking and you can view it on the web through a website you can go to the site associated with that software to track it. There is no native software on your iPad to track you android phone.
