Suddenly was prompted to sign in to my Apple ID, but later got Apple ID not active, now I am not even sure of my password again. What can I do?

If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly -> Get Support

Thanks for your comment, reached out to support but the nearest help to my problem is to call and Apple will have to call I can’t and they call US numbers only. Is there a way I call them? My location is Nigeria
