Cannot sample new tracks in iTunes Store

I can't sample newly released tracks in the iTunes Store. I have Apple Music disabled and the iTunes Store enabled in the settings.


Tracks released after July 2023 don't play any clips. I hope someone can help. This is on a new Mac Studio on Ventura 13.5.1. Thanks.

Start here, check the following Apple articles:

Check the status of your network on Mac

Check the status of your network on Mac - Apple Support

 

You need to have a good Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


Turn Off VPN, see -> Change VPN settings on Mac

Change VPN settings on Mac – Apple Support (UK)


Make sure you don't have a firewall enabled: Change Firewall settings on Mac – Apple Support (UK)

 

If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi

If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi - Apple Support

 

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

👉 If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.

itunes store issue - I can not sample songs (before purchase) that came out after July 2023. I'm on a new macbook pro - Ventura / Version 13.0. It lets me purchase but not sample. I keep seeing this issue on forums so it's definitely a problem with iTunes Store. They need to fix this. ASAP. I would buy more music if I could sample the newer songs.
