Can these files be deleted? 078-15262-347.dmg.root_hash.j214ap.im4m

I have a ton of files like this in my downloads. Is it ok to delete these?

You downloaded them, if they are no longer useful, delete them.

When new, your Downloads folder was empty. If gathers files only by you downloading items and only you can decide if you need them or not..
