ECG in Costa Rica
Is there a date for ecg to be allowed in Costa Rica? Why is it not enabled here?

You are not talking to Apple here. This is a user to user forum. But I can tell you that the decision for the ECG app to be activated in Costa Rica lies with Costa Rica, not Apple. The regulatory agency in any country must approve that app before Apple can move forward enabling it. You should contact your country’s agency and let them know you want to use that app.
