I just purchased a 2023 MacBook Air and one from a local college. They ordered too many and didn’t use them.
I have a brain injury and I’m locked out because I can’t remember my passwords. How do you get past the password screen to change your password. Reboot the entire device? Please help me folks. I need to finish setting up my laptop.
I am assuming that this laptop is not currently being managed by this local college. This would mean they would need to be involved with assisting you with this issue.
