can't recover and reset my iPhone

If you mean your iPhone’s screen unlock passcode:

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.

Follow the instructions that I posted carefully, and watch the video. You can’t reset your passcode, you must restore your phone to factory settings, create a new passcode, and restore a backup.

Then get some help, either from a friend, or better yet an Apple store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Unless the phone’s hardware has failed the instructions I posted will always work.
