Mophie power station pro charging issue

I bought a mophie power station pro that came with a usb-c to usb-c charge cable. I was told I could use the Apple iPhone usb-c charging plus to charge it. I am just setting it up for the first time and all four light are flashing continually. I have tried connecting to the wall directly, using another usb-c plug adapter and different power outlet. The manual says it should blink left as it’s charging.

Is it normal on first charge for all four lights to be blinking? I thought maybe it is a very flat battery and may take a while to gain some charge? Does anyone else know if this is normal or not?

Felling disappointed as only bought it from an Apple Store today.

Is yours still not working? I’ve had mine on the charger for about 6 hours now and it’s still flashing. Brand new, never used as well.

I can’t believe how little information there is about this either in the manual or online.

Thx for sharing.

After receiving my 3rd powerstation pro XL replacement that stopped working after a few charges, they offered me a powerstation pro AC which seemed to take charge but has yet to actually charge any devices.

I received it at about 80% charge, fully charged it but it has yet to charge any devices. Pressing the button results in no LEDs going on. LED only goes on when connected to power. I have had it connected to power multiple times and I have not been able to charge any devices!

Not sure what is next. I bought a relatively expensive charging unit and I have yet to have something that works.

I had mine on the charger all night and all four lights just continued to flash on and off and there was no pass through charge. In the end I returned it to store who tested it and confirmed it was faulty. I have swapped it. The new replacement is charging properly and the lights were flashing left to right as the charge was building up. I would recommend taking it back and changing it if you can.

There are only two sources of information from the manufacturer on line:

Hey everyone!

A follow up on my reply since I still see some people coming to this thread:

If all four LEDs on yours are flashing and it isn’t taking a charge, try leaving it on the charger for multiple days (I think it took about 3 or 4 days before mine started actually charging).

I was getting ready to return mine to Zagg/Mophie but eventually it started charging and it’s actually been a pretty great power bank as I’ve been travelling the past four months.

I think the key with this power bank is to not let it completely die and leave it dead for an extended period of time, so I try to keep it fully charged even if I know I’m not going to be using it.

Cheers!

Man, I'm having the exact same thing happening. The LEDs only light up when connected to power. Shows it's fully charged. Won't power any of my devices right out of the box. Sounds like this has been a common issue for folks over the last few months. This was a Wirecutter top review, but there's no way I would recommend this thing! Another Amazon return...
