Eliminate photos & data

I have a MacBook Pro M1, [Ventura 13.4.1(c)] and need to eliminate photos from my 3,400 photos library. How would the following applications be rated as the most reliable: Photo Sweeper X… Duplicate Photos Finder… Duplicate Annihilator for Photos… PowerPhotos… Photo’s Duplicate Cleaner. Or should I use a different application?

I also need to eliminate 37-years of data. What is the best application to identify duplicate files and folders so I can delete what is not needed: Duplicate File Finder… Gemini 2. Or should I use a different application?
