Where to redeem my Best Buy code for 3 free months of Apple TV?

I received 3 months of free apple+ TV from a purchase at Best Buy, however, I can't find where to input the code on apple's site. The only option is for a free 7 day trial. How do you enter the code to get the free 3 months?
