Changing store from China to US but keeping subscriptions.

I have some subscriptions on my apple ID in China. I am now in the US and logged into my iPhone and my iPad with my China apple ID. When I try to log out of my China apple ID on my US iPhone it tells me I must first cancel all of my China subscriptions. If I cancel them will they really be canceled? I'm still logged in on my iPad, to my Chinese apple ID.

I don't want to cancel my subscriptions but I need to start using the US store to download apps in the US.

Thanks.

That turns off automatic renewal; wait until they expire or click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. You'll need to resubscribe where possible afterwards.

That was not my question. My question is this: I bought a new iPhone in the US. I copied all of the information from my old iPhone onto my new iPhone with a new apple ID. It imported all of my subscriptions from my other apple ID. So now, if I want to change regions on my new iPhone with my new apple ID it tells me all of my subscriptions will be canceled. Does this mean they will also be canceled on my other apple ID that shows all the same subscriptions? I have some Cloud service subscriptions that I can't risk losing.
