Safari gets replaced as browser on my iPhone
So my iPhone is an iPhone 13 and it keeps on changing safari to a different web browser page is keep on looping freezing random pop-ups all the time redirection

Have you tried to Change the default web browser or email app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Let us know how it goes and what app you see this browser change in.
