why my payment for i could data 50 GB for August RM 19.90 but normally 3.90 per month

Are you sure the RM 19.90 is also for your iCloud+ plan?

See -> iCloud+ plans and pricing -> iCloud+ plans and pricing - Apple Support

Malaysia (MYR)

50GB: RM3.90

200GB: RM11.90

2TB: RM44.90


Please check which iCloud+ plan subscription you have -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB).

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

You pay monthly for iCloud storage.


Check both invoice, check the Apple ID on the invoice, the Order ID & the Document No.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.
