  1. There is no 100GB option for iCloud, so there's no way to be charged for that.
  2. Why do you assume both charges are for iCloud? Charges on your payment method from Apple do not identify what they are for. They would only show up as "apple.com.bill". As such the other charge can be for pretty much anything and not for iCloud storage.
  3. Follow the steps in the support document linked below to find and identify the charge.

Is it normal to be charged for 100gb and for 200g ?

First, there is no 100 GB iCloud+ plan.

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

You pay monthly for iCloud storage.

If you received 2 x invoice from Apple, do you use multiple Apple ID?

Check the Apple ID on the invoice from Apple.

For example:

If you scroll down on the invoice:

If you have any questions about your bill, contact support. This email confirms payment for the iCloud+ plan listed above. You will be billed each plan period until you cancel by downgrading to the free storage plan from your iOS device, Mac or PC.

So please contact support, by clicking on your invoice.
