Facing an issue with 120hz refresh rate on my iPhone 14 Pro

Hi, first thing to try is go to Settings, Accessibility, Motion, Limit Frame Rate. Try toggle this setting off and on to see if you notice a difference. Also if you haven’t done this already you can try restarting your iPhone. In quick succession Press Volume Up, Volume Down then Press and hold the Side Button until the screen goes black, release the Side Button when you see the Apple logo.

So how do you want to feel it? In standard situations like reading the feed or web surfing screen refresh rate is from

35Hz to 75Hz. In games refresh rate is from 76Hz to 120Hz. When IPhone is inactive or less active refresh rate is from 2Hz to 34Hz. Apple ProMotion is smart technology that works for power efficiency reducing or increasing screen refresh rate.

I felt that my refresh rate is worse than before for example when switching cards and i only switched off my phone and switched it on and it helped me.
