It's almost 1 week and till date I have not received the replaced product.
On the website it shows "We'll replace your product".
But, when I call the stores or the customer care team....they don't have any updates.
Any idea, how long it takes to get replacement ?

Whether you have visited a Store or AASP, you should have received documentation that provides information about the process/procedure. This may indicate a estimate for the time required to complete the process.
Similarly, if using Apple's mail-in service, you should have received a shipping kit with which to return your existing iPad. The mail-in service obviously takes additional time for shipping and assessment of the returned item.

I am running between 3 pillars - Showroom (where I purchased the product), Apple Store and Customer Services team.
