I have waited 10Days for my replacement

I have waited 10Days for my replacement of 15pro max to be sent and have yet to get a processing or anything after being told it would ship out after the returned device was received on the 11th of October and now I’m being told I have to wait until November to receive my device when a senior advisor told me more than 5x that my situation is priority and I will not wait that long to receive my replacement device
