My son has a blue iPad, got him the 2nd generation pencil recently and it won’t connect i don’t know if I’m doing it wrong or something is wrong with the pencil. I’m not sure

Well I’m not 100% sure the generation but it’s the new blue one because his first pencil had to have an adapter for it to work but now the new 2nd gen won’t connect
No iPad model will pair with both pencil generations. Check the store's return policy or sell it to someone else.
