Google Chrome app randomly disappears from Mac completely

For the third time now, randomly the Google Chrome.app just completely vanishes from my Macbook pro. It's nowhere to be found in the Applications folder, or in the dock. Chrome application shortcuts remain (i.e. "Google Chat"), but they do not open now because the app is not there.... I have to reinstall Chrome again, but I've done it before and it just disappeared again now....

Using brand new out of the box MacBook Pro, Ventura 13.5.

Every time I turn it off, when I turn it back on Google Chrome is uninstalled.

Any solution to this? I use the Google suite for work so I really need this.

Do I need to return this laptop purchase and get a windows based laptop?

Perhaps if you've not already applied last or latest security update for macOS

that may likely cure some pending issues, from earlier year's introductions(?)

You may be able to choose from inside the Ventura 13.5 shipped mac

system & try/use an update or upgrade link; as these probably have

not changed all that much, in newest 2 or 3 macOS. [Mine are older.]
