My payment method was failed

Now my Visa card failed in “Payment and Shipping”, when I try to unlink the card, it says that I have an active subscription, but this is not the case, I also do not have an additional card to untie the old one. I can't update my payment details and the payment is rejected, although there is money on the card

If you can't remove a payment method

If you have subscriptions like iCloud+, have an unpaid balance, or you use purchase sharing, you must keep at least one payment method on file.
