I´ve deleted old WiFi connections, made hard start ( sound up, down, restart) Doing the later the Wifi/ Bluetooth connects for a while but the problems returns after a while.

I brought the phone for repair and then both worked only to drop off again. Any suggestions? Thank you all best, Peter Hagerrot

If it is both that is usually a hardware problem, failure of the radio chip used by Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
