when I send a photo through iMessage it does not send and when i receive a picture through messages and won’t load
Might your iPhone storage be full? Check Settings > General > iPhone Storage and be certain you never have less than 6GB of free storage.
welp i just tried turning off my phone and back on and it is working perfectly now but thank you very much for your help!! appreciate it
Are you certain you’re referring to an iMessage and not an MMS message?

yes my messages are through imessage and I’ve tried to delete some apps and photos but it still continues to not send or receive photos.
