The instructions assume that you remembered to make a separate "archive" backup of your iPhone running iOS 16.6....before....you installed the beta.
The reason......you will use that backup to restore the data back to your iPhone after you uninstall the beta version, so that it will look just like it did before you installed the beta.
I want to downgrade from Beta iOS to iOS 16.6
