Wireless charging iphone 14 Pro using 3rd party, Undercounter charger

Bought a Mastercharge wireless charging device, which is excellent:

The problem is that its difficult to wirelessly charge the iphone 14 pro (but not any other device). Seemling due to the lens extruding.

Is there anything i can do to improve this?
