Why this phone’s photos are not available

Photos unable to upload and blank Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve tried restarting my phone, updating it, signing out and back into iCloud.

Photos have a grey box and it won’t load because of an error. How do I retrieve my photos? My friend and I took them and we showed the ones we liked to other at the time and continued taking more along the way. When I checked my phone later, 27 had a grey box and was blank, and there was no camera information too. When I took the photos, I was using my data. But the other photos appeared and came out fine even the ones after the blank photos, but these good ones won’t load. I’ve restarted my phone and updated my iOS, but it still won’t load. I tried to edit it, but it says, ‘cannot load photo’ ‘there was an error loading this photo’ and there’s no camera information, but I remember her showing me the photo at the time. What else can I do to retrieve these photos😭

Going to need more information:

Are you using iCloud Photos?
Are there any errors?
Do new photos taken with Camera work?
Has the phone been recently restored?

My videos and pictures show in phones pictures, but don’t play if it’s a video or live picture, says video unavailable at this time try again later… but it never works. Only some videos and or photos does this. Why ?
