How do I your account has been disabled in the App Store and itunes

My phone randomly has been saying every time I buy like an app. When I try to buy an app, it says your iPhone has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes store.

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
