Too much Message on iCloud

I want to delete Message data to free up space on iCloud. I go to Settings>General>IPhone Storage>Messages

I see a list of documents- Top Conversations, Photos,… Other

When I click on “Other” (taking 1gb) I get a blank screen (same with Videos). Is this a bug?

Hey Chuck,

Perhaps these are messages you deleted. The following is from Delete messages on iPhone - Apple Support.

"Note: Deleted messages remain in your Recently Deleted folder for up to 30 days, and you can recoverthem. To permanently remove a message, tap Edit (or Filters) in the top-left corner, tap Show Recently Deleted (or Recently Deleted), select the messages or conversations you want to remove, tap Delete, then follow the onscreen instructions."

You can find and delete items from your Recently Deleted folder and see if that helps.

All the best.
