Screen Time - Approve all apps

My kids are driving...me...crazy with a million screen time requests. We have their daily time limit set to two hours per day.

Sometimes if we're busy and they have nothing better to do, we'll let them have an extra hour. But when I approve it, it only applies to that specific app that they requested. If they want to use another app, they have to send another request. This is annoying.

Is there a way for them to simply request more time for all apps instead of blowing up my phone when they change their mind about what app they want to use every two seconds?
